Origin:

Selected vineyards in different plots in the valley of Peñafiel and Curiel at an altitude of 750 m. of sandy soil with siliceous stone and Fompedraza at an altitude of 910 m. of soil and limestone.

Varietal: Tempranillo.

Ageing: 15 months in french and american oak barrels.

Alcoholic content: 14,5% Vol.

Visual: Intense garnet red colour with a slight ruby hue on the rim. It has a dense tear and a medium intensity.

Nose: Primary aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as blackberries, cherries and plums, accompanied by spicy and cocoa notes from the oak barrels, with a subtle balsamic touch of liquorice.

Palate: Ripe fruit combined with spicy and toasted notes from the barrel. Round, balanced and with a good structure, leaving a long and persistent finish.
