Origin:
Wine made with grapes from 2 hectares of old vineyard of 60 years of siliceous soil, located in the valley of the river Duero. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels with batonnage.
Varietal: Tempranillo.
Ageing: 17 months in French oak barrels.
Alcoholic content: 15,5% Vol.
Visual: Ripe cherry colour with dark heart and dense tear.
Nose: The nose is elegant, fine with blackberry fruits, low forest and fine wood intermingled with spicy liquorice and clove.
Palate: Great balance of acidity and extract, clear flavours of autumn with soft hints of dried fruit and aftertaste of liquorice and fruits of the terroir.
