Origin:

Wine from our vineyard “La Hoyada” in Fompedraza at 910 m. altitude. The main characteristic of this vineyard is the limestone, providing touches of minerality to the wine.

Varietal: Tempranillo 100%

Ageing: 24 months in French oak barrels.

Alcoholic content: 14,5% Vol.

Visual: Powerful bright red colour with slight purple reflections.

Nose: Aromas of ripe fruits such as cherries and plums with subtle hints of spices, black liquorice, roasted coffee, undergrowth and clear balsamic notes (cedar).

Palate: In the mouth it is complex, with a lot of personality and great volume. Clean, lively wine, with a background of noble leather and vanilla. Hints of dark chocolate and perfume of cigar box, very mature and tasty in retronasal.
