The Winery
The process begins with selecting the optimal time for the harvest, taking into account the ripeness of the grapes. Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the winery in trailers, where they are macerated in tanks before beginning the transformation process, fermentation. Care and attention at each of these stages are crucial to ensuring the quality and expression of the wine, allowing each variety to reveal its true potential and the unique nuances of the terroir.

Technology
Our winery is conceived as an extension of the vineyard. It was conceived and designed with the idea of creating the perfect fusion and maximising work and production. Our production room is equipped with tanks of different capacities, strategically organised to optimise the productivity and quality of our red wines. This is where our great wines Briego, Ankal and Supernova are produced, with special attention and effort given to our limited-edition and winemaker’s selection.

Here sleeps
and grows our
dream
In the cellars where the finished wine grows and evolves, high-quality French and American oak barrels are used, giving all our wines exceptional structure and complexity, as well as aromas and flavours that enrich their sensory profile.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Everyone involved in the Briego project plays a vital and indispensable role, without which neither the winery nor its wines would be possible.
At the helm of our dream are:

Fernando Benito
CEO of the Winery. All projects pass through his hands and his main focus is on the commercial and administrative side of the business.

Javier Benito
Technical manager responsible for the production of our different wines.

Gaspar Benito
Technical manager of the vineyard. The entire production process begins with him and his expertise with each of the estates.

Andrea Benito
The future of Briego. Winemaker and new generation of the winery.
